Staff Training Dashboard Block

Back up Moodle first. Install the extracted plugin folder at blocks/trainingmatrix_teacher. Check the downloaded release’s Requirements for its declared Moodle and PHP compatibility.

1. Install AI Training Matrix before installing this block.
2. Grant local/trainingmatrix:viewall only to authorised training managers.
3. Add the Staff Training Dashboard block to the appropriate Moodle dashboard.

• Review staff compliance summaries and evidence needing attention.
• Distinguish expired documents, approaching expiry and training still awaiting completion.
• Use the Training Matrix dashboard and reports for the underlying staff records.

• Ordinary teacher status does not automatically grant organisation-wide visibility.
• Learner evidence must remain attributed to its owner; the dashboard does not sign in as another person.
• Document download permission is checked separately from permission to view a training summary.
