⭐ Why this plugin is unlike anything else available
Custom pages in the Moodle nav — without touching the theme or writing PHP
▸ Moodle has no built-in way to add standalone informational pages to the site navigation. The only alternatives are creating a course (overkill), uploading a file (no navigation link), or editing the theme (requires a developer). Custom Pages solves this with a single plugin and a zero-code admin interface.
▸ Full HTML support means pages can include styled tables, images, embedded YouTube videos, downloadable links, and any formatting — far beyond what a Moodle label or page resource inside a course allows.
▸ Release maintenance includes hook callback and language-string updates. See the archive-bound Requirements for the supported platform versions of a release.
Full HTML Pages
Write full HTML content for each page — tables, images, lists, headings, embedded media. No Moodle course or file upload required.
In Site Navigation
Published pages appear in the Moodle site navigation automatically — no theme editing, no URL sharing, no custom links block needed.
Sortable Order
Set the display order for each page. Pages appear in the navigation in the order you choose — drag them into place from the admin table.
Common Use Cases
Policy & Procedure pages
Publish your RTO's student handbook, complaints policy, refund policy, or assessment guidelines as a dedicated page in the site navigation — without needing a course or file download.
Contact & location pages
Add a custom contact page with office addresses, phone numbers, and an embedded Google Map — accessible from the main menu to all site visitors.
Information portals
Build an information hub for students or staff — FAQs, enrolment guides, training calendar links — using full HTML so you can include tables, lists, images, and formatted text.
Landing pages for cohorts
Create cohort-specific welcome pages with tailored information — intake dates, trainer contacts, course maps — and link to them from any course or email.
Features
Full HTML editor
Each page body is a full HTML field — headings, tables, images, embedded media, and styled text all supported.
Site navigation integration
Published pages appear in the Moodle site navigation menu so students and staff can access them directly without entering a course.
Sortable ordering
Drag pages into any order in the admin interface. The navigation menu respects the sort order you set.
Report-builder style admin
All pages are managed through a single admin table with add, edit, delete, and reorder controls — no theme editing or PHP required.
Release maintenance
Release updates include hook callback, language string, and upgrade-step maintenance. See the archive-bound Requirements for supported platform versions.
