    AI Visual Learning

    Activity Module

Illustrated learning books with short narrated cards, recaps and knowledge checks.

Teach one concept at a time: an illustration, a practical action and an outcome, with narration, recaps and knowledge checks for adult learners.

    Release and access

One-time site unlock: 50 Credits ($5 USD). A verified Moodle Marketplace purchase unlocks the plugin without a second unlock charge. Content generation uses the site’s shared LMS Labs credits separately.

From teaching content to a picture book

    1. Add an AI Visual Learning activity. Enter a title and the content to teach. Choose an industry and sub-industry, or leave these blank for AI inference. Set a maximum of up to 20 pages.
    2. Set the learning context. Choose narration language, an available voice, cultural setting, illustration style and navigation mode. Set recap, knowledge-check and completion options.
    3. Build the pages. On Build the book, choose Write the pages with LMS Labs AI and confirm the quoted credits. Alternatively, download the prompt file, use it in your own AI assistant, and paste the complete JSON reply into step 2. Validation is free; importing valid pages is not.
    4. Review before confirming. For an import, review the valid pages and price, then confirm settlement. Pages are created only after successful settlement. AI drafts are teaching drafts: check facts, reading level, cultural details and the proposed action on every page.
    5. Create the media. Review the missing illustrations and voice clips, the total quote and your balance. Confirm to queue background generation. Moodle cron must be running; the build screen refreshes while work proceeds.
    6. Edit and preview. Edit, reorder or delete pages. Review image prompts and alternative text. Only changed media needs regenerating: editing a card needs a replacement clip; changing an image prompt needs a replacement picture. Existing media stays available until its replacement arrives.

    Three cards, one useful idea

    The idea
The concept and why it matters.
    Put it into action
One concrete workplace action. This is the action the illustration should show.
    The outcome
The result or consequence of taking that action.

    Language, culture and providers

The default cultural setting follows the country of the narration language, shaping names, workplaces, clothing and customs. Choose International / neutral for a mixed setting. Always review AI assumptions rather than treating them as cultural guidance.

LMS Labs uses Google Gemini for page writing, GPT Image 2 for new science, diagram and whiteboard pictures, and Google Nano Banana for workplace-story illustrations and reference-image edits. Google Cloud Text-to-Speech Chirp 3 HD provides narration. These choices become available when the service advertises the matching capabilities. Only voices published by the service are offered. No personal Google or OpenAI key is needed or accepted.

The image model identifier is documented in Google’s official model reference. Provider documentation does not mean the LMS Labs routes are live.
