    Activity Navigation

    Local Plugin
    v1.5.4
    Ready

Add intuitive "Next" and "Previous" activity buttons to the bottom of every Moodle™ activity page.

⭐ Why this plugin is unlike anything else available

Forces strict sequential navigation — removes the choice to skip

▸ Moodle's activity completion prerequisites restrict access to activities but still show the full course page and allow learners to navigate freely. Activity Navigation removes the choice entirely: the Next button only appears when the current activity is complete, and the course menu only shows completed activities plus the current one. Learners cannot jump ahead.

▸ Enforced at the navigation layer, not just the access layer — learners cannot bookmark a URL to a future activity and jump to it directly.

▸ Configured globally site-wide: a single set of admin settings (enable, require completion, show previous/next arrows) controls navigation behaviour across the whole site — there is no per-section, per-course, or per-activity configuration.
